What is the Founder Program?

The first 1,000 people to sign up get lifetime free access to every SubWiz feature, including future ones. After that cap, SubWiz will cost a one-time US$4.99 — never a recurring fee. As of writing this, we're about 250 founders in.

How do I add a new subscription?

Go to the Subscriptions page and click "Add Subscription". You can either choose from popular services or manually enter your subscription details including name, cost, billing cycle, and renewal date.

Can I track subscriptions in different currencies?

Yes! SubWiz supports 22 currencies with real-time FX conversion: USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CHF, SEK, NOK, DKK, PLN, CZK, HUF, RON, CAD, AUD, NZD, BRL, MXN, INR, SGD, HKD, KRW, AED. Add subscriptions in any of them and see totals in your preferred display currency.

How do renewal reminders work?

Right now, upcoming renewals appear on your dashboard in a 7-day window, showing service name, amount, and renewal date. Email renewal alerts are on the roadmap (TBD). Push notifications ship with the mobile apps in Q4 2026.

Is my data secure? Do you connect to my bank?

SubWiz does not connect to your bank, credit card, or any financial institution. You add subscriptions manually. That's the whole design — no bank credentials, no transaction feed, no "authorised aggregator" in between. Your account data is stored in Firebase Firestore under strict per-user access rules (only you can read your own subscriptions). Read the Privacy Policy for specifics.

Can I export my subscription data?

CSV and PDF export ship in Q2 2026. Until then, if you need a copy of your data, email support@subwiz.app and we'll send it manually within 48 hours.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email support@subwiz.app from the address tied to your account. We wipe everything within 48 hours — your user record, every subscription, every review, every stored preference. There's nothing to cancel beforehand because SubWiz isn't a recurring charge.

What happens if I forget my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page to reset your password. You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password.
